Our transfer facility has a state of the art calibrated truck scale and a drive-in facility, with all dumping taking place within the 7,000 square foot sorting building. This allows customers to unload inside on a concrete floor out of the weather elements.
All vehicles disposing of waste must stop at the scale house to be weighed and inspected before being directed to the proper location for disposal. All loads are subject to screening to prevent contamination by illegal or hazardous materials. Scale operators will determine whether a load is in compliance with federal, state, local and company guidelines. All loads must be secured while arriving, using and departing the transfer facility. All fluids and tires must be removed from lawn equipment prior to disposal. Boats will be accepted by appointment only and must have engines, oil and fuel tanks removed.
Below is a drawing of our lot facility & the procedures for dumping.
Speed limit on scale is strictly enforced at 2mph and around the lot at 12 mph.
